    [Main Technical Performance Specifications]

Note: The above data represent typical average values obtained using standard testing methods and may vary with normal production fluctuations. This information is provided as part of our technical services and may be subject to revision; it does not constitute a guarantee of product quality.

Supply Status: Dry delivery / Wet delivery

Common packaging methods: Dry refractory mortar is packaged in plastic bags, 50 kg per bag; wet refractory mortar is packaged in plastic buckets, 25 kg per bucket.

Refractory mortar consumption: For each standard brick, assuming a 2 mm mortar joint, the recommended consumption is 0.15 kg of dry refractory mortar and 0.2 kg of wet refractory mortar.

[Instructions for Use of Dry-Form Fireclay Mortar]

    Standard pallet packaging dimensions (mm): 230 × 114 × 65 (length × width × height)

Refractory mortar is packaged in 50‑kg bags. At the job site, add water and allow it to soak for 1–2 hours; after thorough mixing, it is ready for use.

    Instructions for Use

◎ The water used for preparing refractory mortar shall be clean, with a carbon content of less than 300 ppm.

◎ During mixing, water consumption must be measured. Add 15–17 kg of water per bag; the water amount may be adjusted as needed to accommodate the thickness of the mortar joints on site. Ensure thorough and uniform mixing.

◎ Mixing may be carried out using a mixer or a mortar mixer. All mixing equipment and tools must be thoroughly cleaned, and care must be taken to prevent the introduction of impurities such as lime, clay, and cement.

◎ During mixing, first inspect the packaging bag for any tears and check the powder for moisture absorption or caking. If caking is present, the clumped powder must be removed.

◎ When mixing, first pour the powder into the mixer. Once the powder is evenly blended, add the measured warm water and let it soak for 1–2 hours. Then start the mixer and blend for approximately 15 minutes, ensuring a uniform color and complete dissolution of the binder.

◎ After mixing, the adhesive paste should be stored in a plastic bucket; avoid prolonged exposure to air to prevent hardening.

◎ The mixed mortar should be used promptly and not stored for extended periods; if long-term storage is necessary, it must be sealed.

◎ After opening the adhesive paste package, if it cannot be used up, the inner bag must be securely sealed promptly to prevent the dry powder from prolonged exposure to air, which could lead to moisture absorption and caking.

    Transportation, storage

◎ Transport vehicles used for shipping the adhesive paste must be thoroughly cleaned and equipped with rain‑proof measures to prevent the dry powder from becoming damp, getting wet in the rain, or being submerged.

◎ The warehouse storing the adhesive mud must be equipped with facilities to protect against rain, moisture, and moisture absorption.

◎ During loading and unloading, the adhesive paste should be handled with care to avoid damaging the packaging bags.

◎ The shelf life of the adhesive paste is 3 months; however, it may still be used under appropriate storage conditions, provided no clumping has occurred.

[Instructions for Use of Wet-Formulated Refractory Mortar]

Wet‑state refractory brick mortar is packaged in 25‑kg buckets; simply open the container, stir, and use directly.
