Ceramic fiber
Smoke and fire control enclosure
This flexible fire‑resistant membrane‑encased metal ventilation duct system has passed the national GB/T 17428‑2009 test method for fire resistance of ventilation ducts and meets the 1.0‑hour and 1.5‑hour fire‑resistance requirements (integrity and insulation), thereby satisfying the design criteria for building smoke control and exhaust systems.
Made by vacuum forming using ceramic fiber cotton—produced via resistance‑melting and jet‑spinning processes—as the primary raw material, this is a lightweight, flexible refractory fiber insulation material. In addition to inheriting the excellent properties of loose‑type ceramic fiber cotton, it also boasts superior strength and elasticity, making it ideal for expansion joints in furnace and boiler walls as well as for high‑temperature gaskets.
A bulk fiber produced by electrofusion, formed into fibers via blowing or spinning, and requiring no secondary processing or heat treatment.
A new type of refractory insulation material, this product is white in color and features precise dimensions. It integrates fire resistance, thermal insulation, and heat‑retention functions into a single formulation, containing no binders whatsoever. Under neutral or oxidizing atmospheres, it maintains excellent tensile strength, toughness, and fiber integrity. Moreover, it is resistant to oil degradation and can fully restore its thermal performance and physical properties upon drying.
It is manufactured using ceramic fiber wool, natural refractory raw materials, and a small amount of organic binder as the primary ingredients, processed on a fully automated, continuous production line. The product boasts a high fiber content and exhibits excellent performance characteristics, including high-temperature resistance, lightweight properties, and superior thermal shock resistance. It is widely employed as backing material in industrial kilns and as the hot-face lining in low‑temperature kilns, providing robust support for energy savings, reduced consumption, and high‑quality, high‑output operations.
Ceramic fiber semi-rigid board
A non‑brittle material with strength intermediate between felt and board products. This ceramic fiber vacuum‑formed semi‑rigid board features a uniform structure and excellent thermal insulation and sound‑absorption properties, making it suitable for use as backing in various types of kilns.
Ceramic fiber furnace bottom plate
Made primarily from ceramic fibers and formulated with a binder, this product boasts exceptional toughness, outstanding self-supporting strength, and superior compressive resistance, effectively withstanding the impact of molten metals. The compressive strength of the ceramic fiber furnace floor board exceeds that of conventional ceramic fiber boards by more than tenfold, making it a high‑strength fiberboard.
Hydrophobic Ceramic Fiber Board
A sheet‑shaped fibrous product continuously manufactured via the long‑wire papermaking process, using ceramic fiber cotton, inorganic fillers, and small amounts of organic binders and hydrophobic agents as raw materials.
