Ceramic fiber

Ceramic fiber shaped parts

Made from high-quality ceramic fiber cotton and produced using a vacuum‑forming process, these custom‑shaped components are designed to meet the specific requirements of particular production stages in various industrial sectors. Their shapes and dimensions necessitate the fabrication of dedicated molds, while tailored binders and additives are selected to align with the performance specifications of the final product, ensuring compliance with application demands.

Ceramic fiber paper

A deeply processed product manufactured via a wet‑process, primarily using loose‑blown ceramic fiber cotton as the main raw material, with the addition of binders, fillers, and various auxiliaries in specific proportions. Ceramic fiber soft paper is soft and highly resilient, while ceramic fiber semi‑rigid paper has a uniform texture and a crisp, firm surface; however, its softness, elasticity, and tensile strength are all slightly lower than those of ceramic fiber soft paper.

Ceramic fiber module

Ceramic fiber modules are manufactured by needle-punching ceramic fiber blankets of the corresponding material and then machining them on specialized equipment to achieve the desired fiber‑assembly configuration and dimensions. During fabrication, a controlled degree of compression is maintained to ensure that, once the modular wall lining is installed, the modules will expand in the direction of compression, pressing adjacent modules tightly together to form a seamless monolithic structure. Furthermore, these ceramic fiber folding modules can be directly secured to the steel shell of industrial kilns using various types of anchoring devices, such as anchor studs.

Ceramic fiber folded block

Ceramic fiber folding blocks are manufactured by machining needle-punched ceramic fiber blankets of the corresponding material on specialized equipment, according to the fiber assembly’s structure and dimensions. During fabrication, a controlled degree of compression is maintained to ensure that, once the ceramic fiber folding blocks are installed as wall linings, the differential expansion of each block in various directions causes them to press tightly against one another, forming a seamless monolithic structure.

Ceramic fiber textiles

Ceramic fiber textiles include fabrics, ropes, tapes, yarns, and other products, which are manufactured by textile processes using ceramic fiber cotton, alkali-free glass filaments, or high‑temperature‑resistant stainless steel alloy wires. In addition to these standard products, we also offer custom‑specification, high‑temperature‑resistant textiles tailored to users’ operating temperature requirements and specific service conditions.

Aluminum foil-faced needle-punched blanket

Aluminum‑foil‑backed needle‑punched blanket is a composite product formed by using specialized machinery and a dedicated binder to evenly apply a metallic aluminum foil to the surface of an existing ceramic fiber needle‑punched blanket.

Ceramic fiber board

Ceramic fiber mold boards are manufactured from ceramic fiber wool as the raw material, formed under vacuum and subjected to special treatment. The product features a uniform structure and excellent heat resistance, making it well suited for use in carving molds.

Fire-resistant roller shutter blanket

Fire‑resistant roller shutter blankets are a new, environmentally friendly product developed specifically for the building and fire‑protection roller shutter industries. Made from eco‑friendly fiber cotton and produced through needle‑punching and interlacing, they boast excellent properties such as long fibers, high tensile strength, low dust generation, wide fabric width, and ease of installation.
