Aluminum silicate ceramic fiberboard is an aluminum silicate fiberboard manufactured from refractory materials. Even after heating, it retains excellent mechanical strength. Compared with fiber blankets and felts, this product offers superior rigidity and structural support.

　　Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber board strength

　　Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber boards are classified by density into ceramic fiber mats with a density of 250–260 kg/m³; ceramic fiber boards with a density of 300–350 kg/m³; aluminum silicate ceramic fiber fireboards with a density of 350–400 kg/m³; and ultra‑hard ceramic fiber boards with a density exceeding 400 kg/m³. Ceramic fiber boards exhibit a tough texture, high compressive strength, excellent high‑temperature resistance, and superior structural support. The compressive strength of aluminum silicate ceramic fiber boards increases as their density rises.
